I thought goldfish liked cold water? They’re carp and do well in cold water. I’ve seen goldfish survive PA winters and continue as wild fish in small ponds. You need a heater for goldfish?

My fish keep dying–how come? The filter seems to be too much for them. They stay at the bottom on the aquarium until I turn the filter off. What’s wrong?
